• If the event is cancelled by the organisers, the ticket amount will be refunded. Transaction/convenience fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. • Once registered, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward to another event. • Spot registrations are subject to availability. Entry is not guaranteed for spot registrations, and spot registrations are not eligible for refunds, carry-forwards, or compensation. We recommend registering in advance. • Participants are expected to follow the instructions of the organisers and event staff throughout the event. • The event is a 5K community run, not a timed competitive race. • Participants are responsible for their own health and fitness and should participate only if they feel fit to run. • By registering, participants agree to follow applicable safety guidelines and respect fellow participants, staff, and the venue.
