Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot beings. • Incase you require a change in your slot, you must contact the person in charge at least 24 hours prior to the screening. Requests past this timeframe will not be accommodated. • For any reason if the event is cancelled from our end, the amount on the poster will be refunded and not the transaction fee. • For any reason, if you are unable to make it to the event after registration, the amount will not be refunded or carried forward. • Spot registrations are subject to availability. Entry is not guaranteed and spot entries will not be eligible for refunds, carry forwards, or compensations. We recommend registering in advance.
