Ride with respect. Ride with responsibility. Return home with stories you'll cherish for a lifetime. Sightseeing & Itinerary Bhaskar Rao strives to operate every tour as per the published itinerary. However, due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary may be modified without prior notice in the interest of safety and the overall experience. Missed sightseeing or route changes arising from circumstances beyond our control shall not be eligible for any refund or compensation. Participants are not permitted to leave the group or explore independently without informing and obtaining approval from the Tour Captain. Personal Responsibility Adventure motorcycling involves inherent risks. By joining this expedition, every participant acknowledges these risks and accepts full responsibility for their own safety and well-being throughout the journey. Bhaskar Rao Jayanthi, acting as the Tour Captain, shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, illness, loss of life, theft, or damage to personal belongings that may occur during the expedition. Any additional expenses arising from flight delays, vehicle breakdowns, natural calamities, road closures, strikes, political disturbances, medical emergencies, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Tour Captain's control shall be borne solely by the participant. Health & Medical Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to undertake a high-altitude motorcycle expedition. Any expenses related to medical treatment, hospitalization, evacuation, medication, doctor consultations, or emergency care during the expedition shall be borne entirely by the participant. Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers adventure motorcycling, high-altitude travel, accidents, and medical emergencies before the commencement of the expedition. Conduct & Discipline Participants are expected to respect fellow riders, local communities, accommodations, and the environment throughout the expedition. Consumption of alcohol, narcotics, or any illegal substances before or during riding is strictly prohibited. Bhaskar Rao Jayanthi, as the Tour Captain, reserves the right to remove any participant from the expedition without refund if their behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or poses a risk to the safety, well-being, or overall experience of the group. Sightseeing & Operational Changes Certain sightseeing locations, routes, or activities may be cancelled, delayed, or substituted due to weather conditions, road closures, government or military restrictions, permit issues, natural calamities, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Tour Captain's control. Such changes are made in the interest of rider safety and the overall success of the expedition and shall not be considered grounds for any refund or compensation. Riding Safety Wearing an ISI/DOT/ECE-certified helmet is mandatory for both the rider and pillion at all times while riding. Participants are expected to wear appropriate protective riding gear, including a riding jacket, gloves, riding pants, and riding boots, throughout the expedition. Every rider must possess a valid driving licence authorizing them to operate the motorcycle assigned for the expedition. All participants must follow the instructions of Bhaskar Rao Jayanthi, the Tour Captain, including convoy formation, riding discipline, speed limits, overtaking protocols, and all safety guidelines. Failure to do so may result in removal from the expedition without refund if the safety of the group is compromised. Accommodation Hotel, camp, cottage, and guest house check-in and check-out timings shall be governed by the respective property's policies. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges. Entry will not be permitted if you are intoxicated, under the influence, or behaving in a disruptive manner. Host & Venue Discretion Entry is subject to the discretion of the host and venue management. If your behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe, you may be denied entry or asked to leave. No Refund Policy In cases of denied entry or removal due to misconduct, intoxication, or violation of guidelines, the entry fee will not be refunded.
