Dear community, we warmly welcome you into a slow, deep and intimate evening of movement, music and connection at NirvanArt Studio, Sainikpuri.
We begin by opening the body and breath — a gentle activation and warm-up to release tension, soften and gradually enter a state of flow. From there, the dance opens into a free-flowing journey through shamanic music, organic downtempo and live sounds allowing the movement to come from within rather than from instruction.
Heart Wide Open is a space to come back to yourself — barefoot, without phones, conversations or intoxicants. No performance, no pressure, no choreography. Just body, breath, rhythm, presence and a circle of like-minded people. We move, release, feel and reconnect — before arriving together in a live sound journey to close the evening.

• For any reason if the event is cancelled from our end, the amount on the poster will be refunded and not the transaction fee.
