• No excessive colliding or intentional skidding, with disqualification for dangerous driving. • The fastest eligible timed lap will be verified from the staff and organizers, and the organizers decision is final. • Participants are not allowed to drive under the influences. • Participants drive at their own risk, with organizers not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage to personal belongings. Any damage to the kart due to rash or negligent driving may be charged to the participant, and abusive behavior toward staff or other participants will lead to removal without refund. • For any reason if the event is cancelled from our end, the amount on the poster will be refunded and not the transaction fee. • For any reason, if you are unable to make it to the event after registration, the amount will not be refunded or carried forward. • Spot registrations are subject to availability. Entry is not guaranteed and spot entries will not be eligible for refunds, carry forwards, or compensations. We recommend registering in advance.

Host & Venue Discretion Entry is subject to the discretion of the host and venue management. If your behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe, you may be denied entry or asked to leave. No Refund Policy In cases of denied entry or removal due to misconduct, intoxication, or violation of guidelines, the entry fee will not be refunded.
