One Nation. Many Stories. Who Can You Trust?
Have you ever watched people play a mysterious game and thought, “I want to try that”?
This Independence Day, we're bringing Blood on the Clocktower to Champaner—but you don't need to know anything about the game to join us.
Inspired by the world of Lagaan, this is a beginner-friendly social deduction experience where you step into a village filled with secrets, suspicion and hidden agendas.
Imagine this:
A group of villagers has gathered in Champaner. Everyone has a role to play. Some are trying to protect the village. Some have their own secret objectives. And somewhere among you...
there are traitors.
Your job?
Talk. Observe. Question. Convince. Accuse.
And most importantly—figure out who you can trust.
If you've never played a social deduction game before, don't worry!
Blood on the Clocktower is a storytelling game where every player receives a secret character and a unique ability. Throughout the game, you'll talk to other players, exchange information, form alliances, investigate suspicious behaviour and try to figure out what's really happening.
Some players are working together.
Some are secretly working against you.
And sometimes, even being dead doesn't mean you're out of the game.
You don't need to memorise complicated rules or come prepared with any experience. We'll teach you everything you need to know before the game begins.
All you need is curiosity, a willingness to talk, and perhaps a little talent for lying. 😉
There's one more twist.
Every player will represent a different Indian state.
Once you register, you'll get an opportunity to select from the available states. When you arrive, bring a small piece of your state with you—a traditional accessory, a trinket, a colour, a symbol, or anything that makes you feel connected to it.
Because this isn't just about dressing up.
You're stepping into the identity and story of your state—and bringing it into the village of Champaner.
We're taking the spirit of Lagaan and giving it a mysterious new twist.
A village.
A challenge.
A community brought together.
And secrets hiding in plain sight.
Except this time, the biggest challenge isn't winning a cricket match.
It's figuring out who among the villagers is secretly working against you.
